Our
Story

Get to Know Us

In April 2021, a group of students organized the first Korean Association Presidents' Summit. The goal was to build a national community for Korean Student organization leaders and discuss ways to build a national support network. 30 chapter presidents gathered and heard from keynote speaker James Rhee, networked with one another, and brainstormed about the future of Korean American students.

In Fall 2021, the second Korean Association Presidents' Summit was held. After the annual change in club leadership at most chapters around the country, organizers and students realized a long-term institution that connected chapters and developed resources would be the optimal structure for resource development. It was at this second summit that the Resolution to form the National Korean Student Alliance was introduced and discussed.

In early 2022 Korean organization chapters began signing on to the resolution and prepared to meet and connect with one another at the 3rd Korean Association Presidents' Summit.
